What this is

The Soluna Metabolic Foundation is a 12-week, education-based coaching method for people who want their body to respond more reliably again.

 

You may eat reasonably well and move regularly — yet body composition feels inconsistent, fat accumulates more easily than expected, or hunger and energy feel harder to manage.

 

This work is not about eating less, cutting out food groups, or pushing harder.

 

It’s about understanding how your metabolism responds to food, lifestyle, movement and context — and learning how to support it in a way that allows sustainable change.

 

This is not a meal plan.

It’s a foundation.

  • Initial metabolic & lifestyle assessment

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions (6 total)

  • Ongoing support between sessions

  • Applied education on metabolism, fat loss, female physiology, gut health, fueling, recovery & stress

  • Individual nutrition & training guidance (without rigid plans)

This is not about compliance.

It’s about learning how your system responds — and adjusting with confidence.
