These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of soluna-life.com (the “Website”) and any services, digital products, or consultations provided by Soluna (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this Website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide nutrition coaching and education services (online and/or in person), including consultations, assessments, coaching programs, and digital materials (e.g., guides, worksheets, resources) (“Services”).

Important: Our Services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a physician or other licensed healthcare professional.

 

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are:

• at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), and

• legally able to enter into a contract.

 

4. Health disclaimer (no medical advice)

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided is for educational purposes and general wellbeing support.

You should consult your physician before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, especially if you:

• are pregnant/breastfeeding,

• have an eating disorder history,

• have a chronic condition (e.g., diabetes),

• take prescription medication, or

• have any medical concerns.

 

5. Client responsibilities

To get the best outcomes, you agree to:

• provide accurate information about your health history, medications, and goals,

• communicate relevant changes promptly (symptoms, diagnosis, medication changes),

• make decisions aligned with your personal circumstances and medical guidance.

 

6. Booking, payment, and prices

• All prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due at booking (or as stated on the checkout/booking page).

• We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Your payment details are handled by them, not stored by us.

 

7. Coaching packages, sessions, and validity

• If you purchase a package, it must be used within 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

• Sessions not used within that period may expire unless we agree in writing to extend.

 

8. Rescheduling & cancellation policy

For 1:1 sessions / appointments

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.

• Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours or no-shows are charged at 100% of the session fee (or the session is forfeited if part of a package).

• If we need to reschedule, we’ll offer the next available time or a full refund for that session if rescheduling isn’t possible.

 

9. Refund policy

Services already delivered (e.g., completed sessions) are non-refundable.

Digital products (downloads, templates, guides) are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered, unless required by applicable law.

Programs / packages

• If you purchase a multi-session program, refunds are handled as follows:

  • If you cancel before the first session, you may receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable transaction fees.

  • After the program begins, refunds (if any) are prorated based on services already delivered and materials already provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under EU/Spanish law.

 

10. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.

Exception for digital content: If you request immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge you may lose your withdrawal right once delivery begins. Exception for scheduled services: If you request a service to occur within the 14-day period, you acknowledge you may owe a proportional amount for services provided.

 

11. Results disclaimer

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, symptom improvement, lab marker changes). Results vary based on many factors beyond our control (sleep, stress, training load, medical conditions, adherence, genetics, etc.).

12. Intellectual property

All Website content and materials provided in coaching (documents, worksheets, guides, frameworks, videos, text, graphics) are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, or publicly post our materials without written permission.

 

13. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, non-identifying data for internal learning or service improvement.

 

14. Third-party links and tools

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

 

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

 

16. Termination

We may refuse or terminate Services if:

• you engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or discrimination,

• you repeatedly miss sessions without notice,

• you request services outside our scope (e.g., medical treatment),

• continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe.

If Services are terminated due to your breach, refunds may not be available.

 

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

 

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of [Palma de Mallorca / your city], unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
